Coaching Requirements
In order to take the ice as a coach, the following steps must be completed before the season begins:
- Register with USA Hockey (fee reimbursed)
- Complete Background Screening (fee reimbursed)
- Complete Safe Sport Training (free, update required annually)
- Attend Required Certification Clinic (registration fee reimbursed)
- Complete Online Age Specific Module (fee reimbursed)

Additional Coaching Resources
If your teenager is interested in volunteering with the Rattlers, please contact the Board. The need for student volunteers changes from season to season, but if there is a need, we welcome them to complete the necessary requirements to get on the ice and assist our coaches.
