Mite Jamboree

We look forward to welcoming everyone to the 10th Annual Thanksgiving Mite Jamboree

hosted by the Berkshire Rattlers. Families that have attended our past jamborees, games or

our Jimmy Welch Tournament know how fantastic the facilities are at Berkshire School.

Below is the information you will need to know about this wonderful event. Spots will not

be guaranteed until we have full registration in hand. We are looking to schedule a total of

five (5) B teams and five (5) C teams.

B DIVISION GAME FORMAT: Each team will play 4 games in a 4v4 format with one goalie per team. Each game will be 30 minutes. The ice will be split in half by bumpers. Each shift for the players will be 2 minutes; they will be buzzed, and the next group will go in. We will keep the clock moving. There will be scores kept as B teams will be playing for a Championship.

C DIVISION GAME FORMAT: Each team will play 4 games in a 4v4 format with one goalie per team. Each game will be 30 minutes. The ice will be split in half by bumpers. Each shift for the players will be 2 minutes; they will be buzzed, and the next group will go in. We will keep the clock moving. There will be no scores kept or standings during this event.

REFEREES: Each team should be prepared to provide an on-ice referee for your team. These coaches must be at least 18 years old and registered as a USA hockey coach. There will be a maximum of 2 referees on the ice per game, one from each team.

COST: The fee is $450 per team, per division (B or C teams). Register two teams from the same organization for $800. This fee will help cover the cost of ice for the event and each player will receive a medal. (Make checks payable to Berkshire Youth Hockey)
